USHERS
AGE LIMIT: For the safety of everyone involved, ALL USHERS MUST BE 12 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER and demonstrate adequate customer service skills.
PLEASE NOTE: For the safety of the children and families we serve, all volunteers must agree to a Child Protection Background Check.
COMMITMENT: Volunteer ushering requires you to be on your feet. Some light lifting may be required. Hours vary, but call times are typically 1-2 hours before showtime. Time commitment is usually 2 hrs per shift.
SCHEDULING & ATTENDANCE POLICY: We understand conflicts & emergencies arise; however, two no-shows to scheduled usher shifts could result in removal from the volunteer program. We rely on our ushers to be present and prepared for the entire shift, providing excellent customer service to our patrons.
